Meredith Lierk
MFT/PCC Trainee
My work centers cultural attunement and neurodiversity-affirming practice, respecting the
unique ways each person understands and moves through the world. For more than a decade, I
have supported college students experiencing trauma, grief, interpersonal harm, relationship
concerns, identity exploration, and life transitions. My approach is grounded in attachment and
relational perspectives, with Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) and Internal Family Systems
(IFS) shaping my understanding of how patterns of connection develop and change. I also draw
from trauma-sensitive, existential, somatic, nature-based, and creative arts approaches, adapting
our work to what resonates with you.
Our counseling space invites you to externalize the stories and questions you have been holding.
Together, we will explore, process, build skills, and make meaning as you move toward a life
that feels authentically aligned with your deepest knowing.
